Charlotte Marshall began her fine dining career with Ford Fry Restaurants in Atlanta, eventually managing several concepts for the group across both Atlanta and Houston. Building on this operational foundation, Charlotte launched an independent business in Houston focused on wine inventory management, overseeing several of the city’s largest personal wine collections.

She later transitioned into wine-focused tech software development, collaborating with teams to build software for tasting notes and inventory management while earning her WSET Level 3 certification in wine. Wanting to step out from behind the computer and return to the floor, Charlotte moved to Chicago to serve as the Sommelier and Beverage Director at Nic and Junior's. Charlotte recently stepped into the General Manager role, bringing her expertise and positivity to everyday operations. She is thrilled to be leading the passionate team at Nic and Junior's.
